Entry Notes

• Enter online with your credit card in NZ dollars. If you don't have a credit card, Email Us to arrange direct debit.
• Online Entry closes 12noon on Wednesday 8th April.
• Entries are confirmed by e-mail. Fill out email carefully when entering.
• Participants under age 16 must have parent/guardian permission.
• Participants under age 11 must be accompanied by parent/guardian.
• Prior to Race Day all participants must read the full Race Info.

Group Discounts

• Families & Small Groups - Groups of 5 to 9 get $5 discount per person.
• Large Groups - Groups, clubs, schools of 10+ get $10 disc per person.
• Just Email Us for a discount code, and tell us if the group is being entered together, or if each individual is entering themselves.
• If need-be, large groups can make payment by cheque or bank deposit. Just enquire about this when applying for your discount code.

Withdrawals, Changes
Refunds

• Withdrawals by 6th April will be refunded, minus a $15 admin fee.
• There are no refunds after 6th April.
• If the event is cancelled or postponed due to extreme weather or other happenings outside of the organisers control, entry fees are not refundable.
• Changes to your entry can be made by email until 12noon, 8th April.
• Changes only incur a charge if that change is a more expensive event.

Categories & Prizes

• All grades are decided by age on race day.
• The Open Men and Womens category are overall awards, regardless of age.
• Categories with less than 3 entries may be reallocated to the next category.
• Medals or Prizes will be awarded to categories with 3 entries or more.
